Our client, a leading engineering consultancy and contractor with expertise in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, is looking for a Senior Planner to join their team working on Hinkley Point C-one of the UK's largest and most significant clean energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain design, engineering, construction, and commissioning schedules
Manage progress databases and reporting, including weekly and monthly reports
Conduct milestone projections, delay analysis, and float path analysis
Monitor and verify site progress, performance, and productivity
Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and assist in contract reviews
Lead planning meetings and liaise with clients and subcontractors
Prepare tender schedules, histograms, and resource/cash-loaded schedules
Provide data for payment applications and ensure the quality of schedules and reports
What We're Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in construction project planning
✅ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
✅ Ability to problem-solve, prioritise workload, and work under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills and experience chairing meetings with stakeholders
✅ Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
✅ Strong organisational, negotiation, and teamwork skills
