Carrington West is an award-winning recruitment company providing technical talent to the UK highways, transport & infrastructure, town planning, property, water & environmental, nuclear, buildings & architecture and rail industries. We recruit interim, temporary and permanent professionals from entry to board level across multiple disciplines for private and public sector organisations.
Each of our specialist teams consist of consultants who are experts in the sectors they service. We are currently working on a number of projects as fully approved suppliers to Highways England and associated highspeed road contractors as well as regional private and public sector organisations.

Our rail division supply both white and blue-collar labour nationwide. We work on all aspects of CP6, HS2 and Crossrail and are RISQS certified for any trackside labour and operation roles. We work on contract, permanent and fixed-term contract jobs within the UK’s rail sector. Employers include multi-disciplinary design consultancies, Tier 1 contractors and railway operators across the UK.
