Our Dedicated Compliance Team
Our dedicated compliance team ensure the quick, accurate and efficient completion of all checks to make sure workers can start their roles, whether contract or permanent, as quickly as possible.
This could include, although not limited to; right to work documents, proof of address, driving licence, national insurance number, limited company documents such as; COI, insurances, VAT certificate, driving mandate for DVLA licence checking, DBS, 2- 5 years referencing forms, registration forms, confidentially agreements, ID photos, criminal conviction declaration, data protection form, medical health questionnaire, personal data statement and proof of qualifications. Not only do these need to be obtained, we keep meticulous records so should we be audited at any point by our clients or 3rd party managed serviced providers so everyone in our talent supply chain can be safe in the knowledge they are fully compliant.
In addition to making sure our workers are complaint, our team ensure we meet the requirements for industry specific accreditations needed such as RISQs and Achilles as well as best practice standards like ISO9001, 27001 and 14001.
Fast and Accurate Onboarding

Identification Document Validation Technology
On October 1st 2022, new UK legislation enables us to introduce IDVT (Identification Document Validation Technology) to our compliance processes.
This allows for digital identity verification in many right to work checks. Candidates will simply follow a link from our compliance management system, then upload a photo of their ID and short video of themselves. The IDVT will verify their identity and right to work status. The technology
Accelerates the recruitment and onboarding process;
Improves employee mobility;
And enhances the security and integrity of checks.
Carrington West's compliance team are championing these changes across our business, remaining consistent and up-to-date with changes in legislation.
If you have any questions regarding IDVT and how we use it in our recruitment process, please contact us today.
