Kent has been a specialist recruiter in the buildings, power and utilities sectors since 2013. He has built an extensive network and has a great reputation through his industry knowledge and dedicated support to his clients. He currently leads the buildings and power teams, driving business growth through continually improving services and operations and passing on his knowledge of the sectors and best practise. His work ethos matches the company values of passion, excellent and integrity and he is an active member of the communities he serves, frequently attending events including those run by Women in Nuclear, Nu-Tech and supporting CIBSE events.

Before joining Carrington West, Kent studied for a BA Hons in Management where he wrote several pieces on Employability. This was the start of his journey into becoming a recruitment specialist. After graduating, he started his recruitment career at a large corporate recruitment business. He quickly gained his MREC Cert RP and rose through the ranks to become one of the leading consultants in his division before joining Carrington West.

In his spare time Kent is the chair of the Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation - you can find more information about our charity involvement here: https://www.carringtonwest.com/charities

He is also a volunteer coach at his local rugby club and regularly participates in a range of sports. He enjoys travelling and visits famous landmarks in the UK and overseas.
