Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

An MEP consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their team. They specialise in delivering high-rise residential developments, alongside projects in commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the mechanical design for high-rise residential developments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
·Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and structural teams to develop coordinated design solutions.
·Provide technical expertise in HVAC, heating, ventilation, public health, and energy-efficient design.
·Oversee project specifications, calculations, and reports to meet client expectations.
·Manage and mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
·Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

What They're Looking For:

·Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
·Proven experience in delivering high-rise residential projects within a consultancy or contractor environment.
·Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and sustainability best practices.
·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, IES, and other industry-standard software.
·Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
