My client is looking for a senior commercial manager who has experience of managing design contracts on major infrastructure projects. This will be the early stage procurement of design houses and then contract management after. The design contract alone will be billions so would suit someone who has worked Crossrail, HS2, Hinkley etc.
 
This will be working for a consultancy who are supporting a client side organisation on HS2. This role would suit someone who has worked client side on major infrastructure schemes managing the design contracts.
 
It is for a non regulated industry and project is at pre construction stage.
 
This role is inside IR35 and the rate is negotiable dependant on experience.
