The company are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead structural designs for various projects. You'll have the necessary skills and resources to help assist in running the department and adhere to quality standards.

A background within building structures is beneficial with experience of working within life science, industrial, defence or nuclear environments.

Responsibilities

·Oversee Civil and Structural project teams and ensure compliance with management systems
·Lead structural design for large and small projects, implementing 'Perfect Delivery' standards
·Prepare tenders, fee estimates, and conduct design reviews
·Mentor and train junior engineers, supporting their performance
·Promote innovation and sustainability within the team

About You

·Chartered (or working towards) Civil/Structural Engineer (CEng MICE/MIStructE)
·Extensive civil and structural engineering experience
·Eligible for security clearance (Single & Duel Nationality considered)
·Knowledge of current C&S design codes and standards
·Proven track record of successful project delivery
