My Local Authority Client in Buckinghamshire is looking to source an experienced Town Planner to joining their Strategic Applications Team.
 
Principal Planning Officer - Major Developments team 
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office or on site
Start ASAP 
Full time, 37 hours per week
Site visits will be required so full driving licence and business car insurance will need to be uploaded with compliance 
 
Required Skills & Experience:
·         Development management planning experience at principal level 
·         Committee presentation experience required
·         Local Authority experience preferred but not essential
 
Additional Details:
·         Case officer for major planning and other development related applications
·         Possible Planning Committee attendance
·         Possible Planning Hearing attendance
