Are you an experienced Head of Highways looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is an ambitious authority who are seeking an experienced Head of Highways looking to join them on a contract basis.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Manage and lead staff resources to optimise service delivery.
 
·Develop and continuously improve the service and proactively manage the Highways portfolio.
 
·Provide leadership, direction, and advice when dealing with significant negotiations.
 
·Develop policies for the service, creating procedures and monitoring their implementation.
 
What is required?
 
You will need a background working within the Highways Sector and previous experience within the position.
