Your Role Will Include:
·Leading transport planning projects, managing day-to-day delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction.
·Preparing technical reports, presentations, and high-quality transport assessments.
·Engaging directly with clients to develop strong, long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
·Overseeing transport planning analyses, including CAD, GIS, and modelling tools like Junctions 10 and LinSig.
·Supporting the growth of the team and mentoring junior staff.
·Managing project budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
What You Need to Succeed:
·Degree or relevant experience in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline.
·A strong understanding of transport planning principles, including policy, design standards, and assessment techniques.
·Experience in private-sector transport planning projects.
·Commercial awareness, with the confidence to provide authoritative advice.
·Excellent communication and analytical skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TRICS, Junctions 10, LinSig, CAD, and other relevant software.
·Membership with CIHT, TPS, or an equivalent professional body (preferred).
·A full UK driving licence.
