​Natasha is a Senior Consultant in the highways, transport and infrastructure team. She works with clients and candidates on permanent roles within highway engineering, transport planning / modelling, geotechnical engineering and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Carrington West, Natasha worked for a number of years with an international recruiter also in the highways sector, where she has built strong partnerships with firms across the UK and developed an excellent knowledge of the market.

Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Arts University, Bournemouth, and is an MIRP CertRP, and in her spare time she likes to travel, visiting different countries and exploring new places as well as spending time with friends and family.
