Eva Padgett

​Eva is an Associate Consultant in the property department supporting the team by matching candidates in the property & maintenance industry to their ideal roles.

Previous to joining Carrington West, Eva worked in sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She uses her excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and provide talent solutions.

Outside of work Eva enjoys going to the gym, dog walks and going out for lunch with friends.
