Role: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Lincoln City Centre
Employment: Contract
Contract Duration: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Interviews: Week commencing 20th January or sooner
Start date: 3rd February
Hours per week: 37 per week
Salary £12.03 per hour = Just over £23,000 and rate will be uplifted in April.
 
My client has a vacancy for Schedulers to join their team based in Lincoln City Centre for a 12 week period. Please note it is highly likely that you will be offered a permanent position once you have completed the 12 week contact.
 
The role is office based, once passed probation you will be offered Hybrid working, this can take up to 6 months.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the scheduling of engineers to attend emergency call outs. Liaising with internal contacts and external stakeholders. Manage, document and record all scheduled events.
 
The role is based working a shift pattern which runs 7 days a week
 
Monday to Sunday where you will work 5 days per week in a 7.5 hours shift between 06:30 - 21:30
 
Suitable candidates will be available to start ASAP and have some scheduling or coordination experience as well as be comfortable working the above shifts.
 
Please note that candidates who come from an office background or have transferable skills but no prior scheduling experience would be suitable as training is available.
 
On offer is a salary of £23,000 based working 37 hours per week.
