Surfacing Supervisor
 
Location: East Midlands
 
Salary: £300-400/day
 
Job Type: Full-time - Contract
 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Highways Surfacing Supervisor to join our local authority clients. This role involves overseeing a variety of schemes in the east midlands. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in highways surfacing and the necessary certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

·Supervise and coordinate surfacing projects on highways.
·Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified time frames.
·Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
·Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
 
 
Qualifications:
 
·SMSTS/ SSSTS certification.
·NRSWA Supervisor certification
·Proven experience in highway surfacing and supervision.
·Strong communication and leadership skills.
·First Aid certification
