​James is a Consultant at Carrington West, supporting the consultants in the team with searching for highly skilled professionals within the highways, transportation and infrastructure sector and placing them into the regional local authorities. James uses his excellent communication skills to build relationships with the people he works with.

Outside of work James plays football three times a week, and often spends weekends socialising with friends and family.
