James is a Consultant at Carrington West working with clients and candidates within the highways, transportation, and infrastructure sector, specifically in regional local authorities and term maintenance providers in the East Midlands and Yorkshire. James uses his in-depth industry knowledge and communication skills to build relationships and provide advice to clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work James plays football three times a week, and often spends weekends socialising with friends and family.
