Job Title: Site Supervisor
 
Reporting To: Site Agent
 
Job Purpose:
As Site Supervisor, you are responsible for managing site activities and promoting health and safety policies. Your role ensures efficient and safe project completion.
 
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
 
Supervise resources, materials, machinery, and subcontractors for safe and efficient work.
Maintain records through site reports, photos, and measurements.
Conduct Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks to prioritize safety.
Provide daily site briefings and issue permits in line with safety policies.
Report cost information using the PAPYRUS tool.
Utilize the Integrated Management System for high standards and continuous improvement.
Implement Health and Safety protocols and ensure compliance.
Manage documentation, instructions, and schedules.
Ensure work aligns with project timelines.
Take accountability for on-site activities, from setup to completion.
Foster positive staff morale and assist as needed.
 
Measures of Success:
 
Positive feedback from meetings and peer reviews.
Achieve SSFR in line with business goals.
Consistently complete works on time.
Timely submission of toolbox talks and site audit reports.
Active participation in supervisor meetings.
 
Service Standards:
 
Support colleagues actively.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Demonstrate a courteous and prompt manner.
Keep promises within deadlines.
Work consistently at or above agreed service levels.
Act on correspondence within 48 hours.
Submit reports promptly.
 
Requirements:
·Good education, literacy, and numeracy.
·Steady work record and IT skills.
·Enthusiastic, team player, and adaptable.
·Proficient in communication, time management, and PC literacy.
·Organized and detail-oriented.
·Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
·Full driving license and CSCS supervisor card.
·Able to interpret utility plans and drawings.
