Senior Town Planner - Part Time

My Local Authority client in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Town Planning Officer who has experience in dealing with reserved matters application for over 100 residential units.
 
The position is likely to run for around 5 month on a very flexible basis.
 
We believe that for the first 2 week it will require around 2-3 days presence, however thereafter the work is expected to be for 1 day per week, for around 7.5 hours.
 
There is a possibility that this role may fall OUTSIE IR35 as it is a single project, being paid for by the developer.
 
The role is to be worked in the office ideally 1 day per week.
