·Lead impactful projects: Shape the highways aspects of private and public sector developments, preparing vital documentation for planning applications.
·Innovate and design: Create preliminary designs for junction arrangements and sustainable transport solutions that support future-forward developments.
·Collaborate and manage: Work alongside Local and National Highway Authorities, liaise with clients, and help guide a team of engineers and technicians across the UK.
·Drive quality outcomes: Prepare high-quality Transport Assessments and related reports, utilizing software like Junctions and LinSig.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
·A strong background in highways development control or similar experience.
·A working knowledge of transport assessment preparation and design standards.
·Proficiency in relevant software (Junctions, LinSig) and a keen eye for detail.
·Ideally, Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status (or a commitment to achieving it).
·Confidence, a personable approach, and a passion for collaborative working.
