With a focus on innovation and quality, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead and manage a variety of dynamic projects in Central and Greater London.
 
What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage commercial building surveying commissions, including TDD surveys, dilapidations, and project management for high-profile clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage all aspects of building surveying from feasibility to post-completion, including contract administration and construction management.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors, helping them progress in their careers while driving team performance.

What You Bring

  • A strong post-MRICS track record, with a passion for delivering high-quality building surveying services.
  • Experience in commercial building surveying tasks, including dilapidations, party wall matters, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, procurement strategies, and the legal landscape surrounding building contracts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to manage clients and stakeholders.
