My Local Authority client in West Midlands is looking to source an experienced Planning Policy Specialist to join their Planning Policy Team, on an initial 3-6 month basis.
 
As Principal you will be one of the lead officers and you will mentor a junior member of the team.
The main part of the role is to help lead on the new local plan delivery, where the council have just completed issue and options stage and they are reviewing consultation responses.
Another public consultation is likely this year.
 
Ideally my client would like a day or two in the office p/week but  they are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
