Job description
Are you a Quality Manager with major infrastructure experience?
Are you accredited with a Chartered Institution or a Lead Auditor Qualification?
Salary: £48,900 - £61,140
Location: Birmingham with occasional site travel
This is an exciting opportunity to work client-side with a major infrastructure organisation as a permanent member of the quality management team. As a result, previous quality management experience on a major infrastructure project is essential for this opportunity.
The main responsibilities of this role will include interacting with key stakeholders in the supply chain, auditing existing contractors, and leading the improvement of processes. Previous experience of these responsibilities is key, ideally within an NEC3 environment.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Member of a Quality Institute such as CQI or RICA. Other qualifications in relation to quality management would also be preferred.
This role will be based in Birmingham, with the option to work from home up to 3 days a week. Occasional site travel is also required for this opportunity, with the site being based just outside of Watford. Travel to the site can be claimed back via expenses.
Essential:
- Previous quality management experience on major infrastructure projects
- Previous experience of engaging with senior stakeholders on such projects
Desirable:
- NEC3 experience
- Degree or equivalent in relevant subject
- Chartered or Lead Auditor certification
