Project Manager - Electrical Installation (Green Energy Project)
Location: Hinkley C
Salary & Benefits: Excellent package + Career Growth Opportunities (£70,000 to £95,000)

Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and play a key role in ensuring project success. You will be responsible for:
·Leading and coordinating site teams, ensuring productivity and safety.
·Managing scheduling, workforce planning, and site installations.
·Overseeing cost control, workface planning, and subcontractor coordination.
·Acting as a key point of contact between the company, client, and other contractors.
Key Responsibilities
·Organising manpower and assessing competency.
·Managing and mentoring construction teams.
·Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and project policies.
·Coordinating with other trades to avoid scheduling conflicts.
·Identifying risks, resolving site issues, and driving work quality.
·Running meetings, assigning tasks, and reviewing production schedules.
What You Need to Succeed
✔ Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant experience).
✔ 5+ years in a similar role with multi-trade construction knowledge.
✔ Professional registration (Chartered/Membership) - desirable.
✔ Leadership experience managing teams on site.
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
✔ Certifications: CILM Training, CSCS Managers & Professionals or CCNSG.
✔ BPSS Security Vetting, IOSH, NEBOSH - desirable.
