One of the UK's leading defense projects is seeking a Project Engineer with expertise in construction and counter-terrorism measures to join their team.

• Job Title: Project Engineer
• Location: Primarily Remote with Occasional Site Visits (Site is Andover)
• Contract Length: Initially 3 months (with potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: £673.71 Umbrella

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in civil engineering and experience applying counter-terrorism measures in a project environment.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide engineering expertise on construction projects with a focus on counter-terrorism measures (CTM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Managers and technical teams, to ensure project compliance and success.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions that align with CTM protocols.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance, safety, and adherence to budget and timelines.

Key Qualifications/Skills:

• Relevant qualifications in Construction, Design, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in project engineering within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience applying CTM in engineering projects.
• Active DV Clearance and must be a Sole UK National.
• Background in public sector or defense-related projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
