​Theo is a Consultant in the power & utilities team, specialising in working with clients and candidates specifically in power generation with a focus on nuclear & renewable energy. He holds a recruitment certification with the REC. Prior to joining Carrington West, Theo worked in hospitality where he developed his customer service and communication skills.

He has a degree in Sports Studies & Business from Solent University and in his spare time he likes to play basketball and tennis but overall enjoys spending time socialising with friends and trying anything new and exciting.
