The client is looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer that can start ASAP. This role is going to be focusing on major applications.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience working on large-scale planning applications within a Local Authority, the client would need at least 2 days working in the office.

·Hourly rate - approx. £55 per hour
·Applications sizes varying from small majors up to 500 units.
