What will you do?
·Responsible for all aspects of high value and/or complex casework for the allocated portfolio.  
·Property management activities including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Service Charges, Acquisitions and disposals including Highways disposals.
·Support on functional line management of asset management activity within allocated portfolios in accordance with the Asset Management Service Based Review
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Qualified in Property / Estates / Asset Management  
·RICS Accredited  
·Have previous experience within Local Authorities or Public Sector organisations.
