Location: Crawley 2 to 3 days per week, remainder from home.

My client is a major international engineering consultancy that is working on a high-profile infrastructure project and are looking to hire both mid-level and senior level P6 Planners to join them, working directly with the client's team.

Requirements:

• Circa 4 to 8 years of planning experience using P6 Primavera.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects such as rail, aviation, etc or via consultancies on major projects.
• Civil engineering or M&E fit-out experience.
• Strong understanding of build sequencing, project phasing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working within both client-side/consultancy and main contractor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish buildable project programmes from first principles.
• Collaborate with the Planning Lead on stakeholder engagement, process-driven planning, and reporting.
• Balance responsibilities between construction planning and PMO planning, ensuring full integration of both.
• Support senior stakeholder engagement, providing clear updates, reporting, and risk analysis.
• Contribute to supply chain planning and wider infrastructure programme coordination.

This will be a 3-stage interview process, including 2 Teams chats and 1 face to face.
