Housing Transformation Manager
 
Carrington West is excited to advertise an opportunity for an Interim Housing Transformation Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance housing services. If you are passionate about driving positive change and improving housing provisions, this role is for you!
 
The role will require the successful Interim Housing Transformation Manager to be in the office 2 days per week with occasional evening meetings.
 
Part time application will also be considered.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Oversee the review and transformation of housing services to identify potential savings and efficiencies.
·Manage the continuation of transformation projects with in-house project management and external consultants.
·Lead teams in Housing Regeneration, Refugee Resettlement, and Housing Strategy and Commissioning.
·Maintain relationships with key partners
·Align projects with organisational objectives.
·Drive innovation to improve affordability and quality of housing for residents
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Degree in Housing Studies, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
·5+ years in housing management, local government preferred. Proven in leading projects and managing budgets.
·Proven track record in leading transformational projects and managing budgets.
·Knowledge of UK housing policies, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in IT tools and data analysis.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
