Drainage Engineer
 
Are you a Drainage Engineer with strong site experience? Do you have the ability to interpret surveys, assess site works, and develop practical solutions to drainage and flood risk issues?
 
Carrington West is recruiting for Engineers to support a key flood risk and drainage project. This role focuses on real-world problem-solving, making it ideal for those with on-site expertise rather than purely theoretical design knowledge.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Interpret survey data and site investigations to identify flood risk and drainage issues.
·Develop practical, effective solutions based on real-world site experience.
·Oversee and assess site works, ensuring best practices are followed.
·Work within a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions efficiently.
What You'll Need:
·Strong site-based engineering experience (flood risk and drainage focus).
·Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using practical expertise.
·Some formal training in engineering, but not necessarily management or design-focused.
·A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
