​Jason is a Team Leader within the highways, transport & infrastructure team. He is responsible for providing specialist highways & infrastructure recruitment solutions to public sector organisations across the UK. He works on a variety of job functions within the sector and uses his market expertise to successfully advise and supports clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

As Lead Consultant, Jason is also instrumental in the strategic development of the team, assisting with training, coaching and mentoring of others within the wider department.

Previously Jason worked with international recruitment firms within the procurement and engineering sectors where he successfully developed desks and built up a strong network of contacts in the UK. Prior to his career in recruitment, Jason worked in sales and customer services roles where he developed the key communications and problem solving skills he uses in recruitment today. He is also an MREC CertRP.

In his spare time, Jason has a keen interest in fitness and spending time with his friends and family.
