Rate: Circa £90per hour (Negotiable)
Contract: 3+ Months - 36 Hours per week - Hybrid Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Planning to drive strategic development, policy, and regeneration. This is a unique opportunity to lead on major projects, sustainability initiatives, and urban growth while ensuring high-quality planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee development management, planning enforcement, and building control
· Lead on policy, Local Plan updates, and sustainability initiatives
· Manage planning applications, appeals, and stakeholder engagement
· Ensure compliance with government targets and planning legislation
What We're Looking For:
·Chartered Planner Status (RTPI) with senior leadership experience
·Strong background in development management and strategic planning
·Experience advising senior leadership and elected officials
·Political awareness, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
