Graduate Engineers - Perth
My client is seeking motivated and ambitious Graduate Engineers ready to launch their engineering careers within design engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization managing and improving over 1,962km of Scottish trunk roads, including more than 2,000 bridges and structures, through some of the most scenic yet challenging landscapes in the country. Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer, you will report to the Nominated Delegate Engineer and support day-to-day activities across various teams, contributing to the delivery of workstreams. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and engage in diverse projects. Flexibility is key, as you will rotate across teams based on workload and training needs.
Key Responsibilities
·Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures as part of the Integrated Management Systems.
·Assist in delivering allocated projects on time and within budget.
·Support cost monitoring and control.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
·Assist in drafting and responding to correspondence.
·Plan and prioritize daily workloads.
·Contribute to design activities in compliance with CDM Regulations and produce risk assessments.
·Assist in preparing Health & Safety information packs.
·Supervise and manage subcontractors as required.
·Participate in winter maintenance activities when necessary.
·Follow the organization's Graduate Training Programme and support the Delegated Engineer and team as needed.

Candidate Requirements
·A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
·Strong understanding of engineering principles and techniques.
·Working towards further qualifications or chartered status.
·Proficiency in analysis, design, and office software.
·Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
·Commercial awareness.
·A full, approved UK driving license.
