Job Role
Based in their Manchester office, you'll contribute to a diverse mix of professional and project work across sectors. Expect to work closely with clients, support senior surveyors, and lead smaller schemes with guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver value at every stage
  • Advising on planning, design, safety, and building regulation compliance
  • Preparing technical reports, specifications, and scheme designs
  • Managing procurement processes and contractor appointments
  • Carrying out feasibility studies, surveys, and tender documentation
  • Staying informed on current regulations and best practice

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

  • RICS-accredited degree (essential)
  • Recently qualified or working towards RICS APC (Building Surveying pathway)
  • Experience with dilapidations or party wall matters (desirable)
  • Knowledge of specification writing, measured surveys, and contract admin
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
