Are you an electrical design engineer with experience of working on substations and there affiliated buildings?
Have you previousbly worked on Network Rail projects?
Location: Central London - 3 days in office, 2 from home
Rate: Dependant on experience - likely outside IR35. 8 hours paid per day
Contract length: Initial 6 months
Start Date: September
Opportunity to work for a leading M&E contractor who have recently secured various contract awards.
They are looking for various electrical design engineers to help support them due to increased workloads.
They are looking for electrical design engineers who have experience of working on substations and their affiliated buildings.
This role will be doing electrical design for the building services of the substation NOT the actual HV transmission.
The role will involve all electrical design of substation building services but will also involve HV switchgear, transformers and 400kv, 33kv and 11kv.
These roles are for electrical design engineers to undertakes the actual design and calculations and is not a checking assurance role.
The client would also consider electrical design engineers who have worked on airports and aviation projects.
