Job Title: Civil Engineer (1-3 Years Experience)
Location: Manchester

The team are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join the Manchester-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment where you'll contribute to a range of projects, supported by an experienced professionals and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, including substructures, superstructures, roads, drainage systems, and retention systems.
·Contribute to the delivery of infrastructure, flood risk assessments, and sustainable drainage systems (SUDS).
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure seamless integration and fully coordinated designs.
·Conduct feasibility studies, pre-acquisition reports, and structural condition assessments.
·Support project management activities to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
·Work closely with clients and other professionals to develop innovative, cost-effective, and buildable engineering solutions.
What We're Looking For:
·A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
·1-3 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering design and delivery.
·Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, microdrainage/infodrainage/flow).
·A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on innovation and attention to detail.
·Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
·A commitment to high-quality service and client satisfaction.
·Knowledge of UK standards and regulations related to civil engineering.
