Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects

·Ensure accuracy and consistency in BIM models throughout project lifecycles

·Train and support multidisciplinary teams on BIM tools, fostering proficiency and collaboration

·Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for effective BIM integration

What They're Looking For:

·Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

·Minimum of 5 years' BIM management experience in the UK, preferably in MEP

·Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools

·Strong grasp of BIM standards, industry protocols, and best practices
