Are you a Chartered Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate - Structural Engineering (Building Safety) to join a growing team, leading structural inspections and reports for Building Safety Cases.
 
The Role:
Lead and develop a team delivering Structural Engineering Inspections & Reports.
Work closely with senior leadership to expand the client portfolio.
Oversee technical delivery and play a key role in shaping strategic growth.
Manage and mentor a team, ensuring quality and efficiency in project delivery.
Enjoy a hybrid working model with a mix of site visits, client interaction, and remote flexibility.
 
What We're Looking For:
✔ Chartered Membership of IStructE or ICE.
✔ Strong understanding of Robustness & Progressive Collapse.
✔ Experience with Large Panel Systems (LPS) assessments (preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Eurocodes & British Standards.
✔ Experience in structural assessments, report writing, and client liaison.
✔ A proactive leader with a passion for managing and growing a successful team.
