A growing consultancy is looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP team in London. Key Responsibilities:
·Leading MEP engineering projects and teams, ensuring project delivery meets required standards.
·Managing project risks and demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
·Acting as the lead engineer for mechanical building services concept and detailed design.
·Supervising and mentoring junior engineers.
·Producing reports, drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements.
·Using CAD and BIM (Revit) software to develop design solutions.
·Collaborating with structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
·Ensuring compliance with legislative and health and safety requirements.
What They're Looking For:
·Significant experience in mechanical building services design from either a consultancy or contractor background.
·A relevant degree or higher qualification (HNC/HND) in a related discipline.
·Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status.
·Strong project management skills.
·Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
