Message from our Managing Director, James Fernandes

It's been a turbulent few months with significant changes to business operations occurring every day. The pandemic continues to impact every aspects of our lives and I would like to take the opportunity to extend our best wishes to you and your families.

We would like to reassure our clients, candidates and suppliers that we have an effective business continuity plan up and running, allowing for all Carrington West staff to work from home and our payroll processes to be efficiently delivered as it has always been. It is of paramount importance to us that our temporary and contract workers continue to receive their salary or, should the need arise,
they know how to access alternative payments such as sick pay.

Over the past year, I’ve been impressed by the resilience of our clients and their determination to continue operating in the face of many obstacles. Organisations that we work with have pressed ahead with recruitment plans including switching from in person to video interviewing.

Here at Carrington West I couldn’t be prouder of our people. They’ve remained positive despite the challenges and continue to work extremely hard to ensure we are delivering on our promises to
our clients and candidates.

As restrictions continue to be lifted, the safety of our staff and everyone we partner with is our priority.
