Carrington West Announces New Leadership Team Structure to Fuel Growth
Carrington West announces the restructuring of its leadership team following changes made at Board level in January 2024. Effective immediately, Amanda Ansell, Head of Marketing, Emily Christmas, HR Manager, Ella Razzell, Compliance & Business Support Manager and Keely Wakeling, Finance Manager will join James Fernandes, MD, Simon Gardiner, Director, Blayne Cahill, Director and Gavin Hill, Finance Director in the newly formed senior leadership team (SLT).
The move comes at a time when the company is investing heavily into the infrastructure of the company to facilitate ambitious organic growth over the next five years.
