Portsmouth Based Recruiter Has Double Win at Prestigious 2023 Investors in People Awards and REC Awards
Portsmouth based Carrington West has been awarded two further awards by Investors in People, to add to its 2022 IIP crown of “Best Company to Work For”. In an awards ceremony in London, Carrington West was recognised as having the best “Reward & Recognition” programme across all IIP accredited organisations in the UK. The local recruiter’s HR Manager, Emily Christmas, also came home with the prestigious “HR Person of the Year” award for her work on employee engagement and people development.
