We are very proud to announce that we have won the 2020 Investor in People award for Learning & Development (under 249 people). This prestigious award was presented at a virtual ceremony held in November 2020, in place of the usual ceremony held in London.

Carrington West has worked with Investor in People for a number of years and achieved Gold status in 2019. The resources and support the IIP provide has been instrumental in the providing the framework for our business to grow. 2020 has been a challenging year for many organisations especially in the recruitment sector, but by focusing on our learning and development program during times of national lockdown we have continued to build and develop a resilient team who have delivered "business as usual" throughout the year.
