Role: Site Manager (Water Sector)
Location: Lincolnshire & Nottingham
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience + company van
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a Site Manager, experienced in managing clients whilst working on civils projects in the water sector?
My client's Civil Engineering side of the business is looking for a Site Manager to cover projects for a number of their high-profile clients on long-term frameworks, initially working on clean and waste water treatment sites in Lincolnshire for Anglian Water.
Client management experience is essential.
This is a permanent hybrid role, meaning your time will be split between my client's office in Nottingham, your home, and Anglian Water sites in Lincolnshire. A company van to take home will be provided.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the sites and to ensure the projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Experience with updating clients on the progress of a project;
·Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering related subject topic would be advantageous;
·Experience as a Civils Site Manager on clean and/or waste water sites;
·Gold level category of CSCS card;
·SSSTS or SMSTS;
·First Aid at Work;
·Clean UK Driving Licence.
