Our client is a reputable Highways maintenance contractor. Part of the business is to provide innovative vehicle safety solutions. Our client are dedicated to ensuring the safety of transportation systems and are seeking skilled and experienced VRS Installers to join their team.

 
What you will do:
As a VRS Installer (Vehicle Restraint Systems), you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining vehicle restraint systems to enhance safety on the carriageway. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with a passion for improving transportation safety.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) at client locations, primarily motorways
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on VRS equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VRS installations.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex technical problems.
- Stay updated with the latest VRS technology and industry trends.
 
What you will need:
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS).
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with loading dock safety procedures is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A commitment to improving transportation safety.
