The Opportunity:
Our client, a leading private consultancy in Bristol, is seeking a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their expert planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
·Preparing and submitting planning applications for a range of projects
·Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
·Conducting research and site appraisals
·Supporting senior planners in managing complex schemes
·Advising on planning policy, legislation, and development strategies
 
What We're Looking For:
·At least 1 year of hands-on planning experience (public or private sector)
·Experience with major projects is highly desirable
·A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant policies
·Excellent communication and report-writing skills
·MRTPI (or working towards it) is a plus
