Job description
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Administrators to join our client's team, specialising in the management and maintenance of highways schemes across the Surrey area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting essential infrastructure projects. The role is ideally suited for someone with strong administrative skills, a solid foundation in IT, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide administrative support to the highways team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
·Utilise IT systems to manage project information, track progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
·Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating project timelines and updates to relevant stakeholders.
·Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project workflows.
·Support the management of project documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
·Strong IT skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn and navigate specialised project management software.
·Excellent communication skills - ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
·Previous experience in highways, construction, or infrastructure is highly desirable but not essential.
·Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
·Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
