Street Homeless Outreach Team Manager

My client is  transforming their homelessness service to improve prevention, reduce temporary accommodation, and end street homelessness.
They seeking proactive, outcome focused individuals to join their street Homelessness service as an Outreach Team Manager on a contract basis.
The role will be inside IR35.
 
The Role
·Support officers in reducing rough sleeping in Enfield.
·Engage with individuals who are homeless, with complex needs, and are street homeless or at risk of becoming street homeless.
·Collaborate with internal and external agencies to provide comprehensive support.
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Passionate about working with people, with a "can do" attitude.
·Committed, resilient, empathetic, and skilled in working with and reporting data.
·Experienced in managing a small team.
