Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in overseeing highways, groundworks, and civils projects? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor to join a dynamic team for ongoing projects in Southampton and West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on highways, groundworks, civils, surfacing, and road recycling projects.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
·Manage and lead a team of construction personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
·Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
·Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or risks.
·Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and any relevant paperwork.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in highways construction projects.
·Strong knowledge of groundworks, civils, surfacing, and road recycling processes.
·Excellent leadership and communication skills.
·Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Familiarity with health and safety regulations and construction industry best practices.
·CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are essential.
 
Location: The role is based in Southampton, but the projects will be spread across Sussex and Southampton. Flexibility in travel and working on different sites is a requirement.
