Job Advert: Site Manager - Structures Projects
 
Salary: up to £55,000+ Package
 
We are a leading provider of specialist concrete and steel structure repairs, offering tailored solutions to clients across the UK. Our services include bridge deck waterproofing, concrete repair, steel strengthening, and more. We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team and work on Area 3 and 4 National Highways projects, as well as other public and private works across Kent & Sussex.
Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage the site operations team for successful project delivery
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
·Manage project schedules and budgets
·Provide technical expertise and project management throughout the construction process
·Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients
Requirements:
·Proven technical and project management abilities
·Strong organizational and leadership skills
·Knowledge of CDM regulations and their implementation
·Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
·In-depth understanding of safety, quality, and environmental issues in the project environment
·Construction experience, preferably with a specialization in highways infrastructure and bridge maintenance works
