Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage all types of mechanical services projects, including budget estimates, drawings, detailed service specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Deliver mechanical projects to client briefs and professional standards.
  • Promote the use of renewable technologies in all designs.
  • Conduct condition surveys and asset management assessments.
  • Oversee project profitability, ensuring delivery within agreed professional fees.
  • Champion multidisciplinary project delivery, fostering collaboration.

What They're Looking For:

  • Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (or willingness to work towards Chartered status).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly with alteration and refurbishment projects.
  • Knowledge of standard forms of building services contracts.
  • Valid driving licence and readiness for site travel
