Our client is seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Leeds. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage all types of mechanical services projects, including budget estimates, drawings, detailed service specifications, and tender documentation.
- Deliver mechanical projects to client briefs and professional standards.
- Promote the use of renewable technologies in all designs.
- Conduct condition surveys and asset management assessments.
- Oversee project profitability, ensuring delivery within agreed professional fees.
- Champion multidisciplinary project delivery, fostering collaboration.
What They're Looking For:
- Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (or willingness to work towards Chartered status).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven project management experience, particularly with alteration and refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of standard forms of building services contracts.
- Valid driving licence and readiness for site travel
